Marnie Neumann owns Starflower Foods, a natural foods shop in downtown Yellow Springs. In her testimony, she relates recent experiences in researching the  financial connections between high-selling organic products and the big name food manufacturers who use millions of dollars to oppose GMO labeling initiatives. As she says, these manufacturers “play both sides of the fence.”
